Custom Orders

Custom and personalised pieces are made specifically to your exact requirements and are therefore non-replaceable unless:
• Item arrives damaged
• Printing error or defect present
• Wrong item received
As custom orders are created uniquely for you we strongly recommend:
• Double checking all spelling and details before confirming order
• Reviewing your design proof carefully before production begins
• Asking any questions before placing order — not after
Once a custom order enters production it cannot be modified or cancelled.

How To Request a Replacement

Include your order number

Include clear photos/videos of the issue

We respond within 2-3 business days

Replacement shipped within 3-5 business days of approval ✅

Clear photos/videos required – no exceptions

Original order number require

Must report within 7 days of receiving your order

• Replacements are our way of making things right

Lost in Transit

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partners immediately.
